Online Fee Instructions

⚠️ Kindly read the instructions carefully
  • 🟢 Fee portal remains open from 1st to 22nd of every month
  • 🔴 Fee portal will remain closed from 23rd to 31st of every month
  • 🟠 Kindly cross check admission number and student details carefully before paying the school fee. The School will not be responsible for wrong transaction done by user. No refund can be claimed.
  • ⏳ Please wait for the exact payment status after paying the fee online. Do not pay same installment again if money has been deducted from your account. Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted.
  • 📄 Parents/Guardians should preserve the receipts issued to them and produce them in proof of fee payment of fee when required.
  • ₹ Rs. 100/Month late fee will be charged after due date

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

We are in the process of adding all major banks to the Net Banking payment option. The request has already been initiated, and the remaining banks will be added as soon as possible.

Until then, you can complete your fee payment using any of the following payment options:

  • ✅ UPI
  • 💳 Credit Card
  • 💳 Debit Card
  • 🏦 Available Net Banking Banks

Please check with your bank to ensure that e-commerce (online transactions) is enabled for your card. If the issue persists after confirming this, kindly contact your card-issuing bank for further assistance.

This issue may occur due to one of the following reasons:

  • 🚫 Pop-up restrictions in your mobile browser.
  • 📱 Compatibility issues with your Android device or Android version.
In such cases, please complete your payment through the website by following these steps:
  1. Open the School Website on a Laptop or Computer.
  2. Click on Online Fee Payment.
  3. Enter your ward's Admission Number.
  4. Select your preferred Mode of Payment.
  5. Choose UPI as the payment option.
  6. A QR Code will be generated.
  7. Scan the QR Code using any UPI app such as Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm, etc., and complete the payment.

In most cases, successful payments are updated within a few minutes. If the payment amount has been deducted from your account but the fee status has not been updated, please wait for some time and check again.

Do not make another payment until you have verified the status of your previous transaction.
