SEMINAR ON MENTAL HEALTH AND FITNESS

A seminar was conducted on mental health by Jasleen Kaur, RCI recognized Clinical Psychologist, for the students of class 11th and 12th. Her approach was student centric, individual focused, and knowledge based. A participative environment involving children was created. The aim was to give knowledge on stress management to the students which was helpful for them.
