INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

On 21st June, the 20 Punjab BN NCC Bathinda organized an International Yoga Day event at SSD Senior Secondary School, Bathinda. All schools, including our St.Joseph's convent school NCC cadets, participated in the session with full enthusiasm and positive energy. The cadets learned various yoga asanas and understood the importance of yoga in keeping the body fit and the mind calm.
