ORIENTATION FOR SUPPORTING STAFF

An orientation program for the workers of St. Joseph’s Convent School was successfully held today, 17th March 2026, with the aim of fostering peace, motivation, and inspiration among all.The program began with a warm and heartfelt welcome, followed by a prayer, invoking God’s blessings for guidance and unity in our work. The gathering was graced by the presence of Guest of Honour Sr. Grace Maria and Sr. Preeti Wanti, whose presence added grace and encouragement to the occasion.Sr. Helima, the KG Headmistress, conducted an enriching input session, sharing valuable insights and words of wisdom. She emphasized the importance of dedication, teamwork, and maintaining a positive attitude in our daily responsibilities.The orientation reminded everyone that it was not just a formal gathering, but a meaningful step towards building a stronger, more positive, and peaceful work environment. It highlighted how, despite the challenges and pressures of daily work, unity, understanding, and inner peace can help us find strength and purpose.Each participant realized the importance of their role and responsibility in contributing to the growth of the institution. The program provided a wonderful opportunity to learn, share experiences, and uplift one another.Overall, the session renewed energy, inspired confidence, and encouraged everyone to move forward with commitment and dedication towards their duties.
