PERFORMANCE AUDIT OF NCC

A Performance Audit of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) was conducted on 29 July 2026 by CHM (Company Havildar Major) Kuldeep Singh, NCC PI Staff.

The audit was organised to assess the overall functioning of the NCC unit, including cadets' turnout, discipline, drill, attendance, record maintenance, training standards, and administrative procedures. During the inspection, the cadets displayed commendable discipline, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards training. The records and documentation were examined thoroughly, and valuable observations were shared for further improvement.

CHM Kuldeep Singh appreciated the efforts of the ANO and the cadets in maintaining the expected standards of the NCC. He also motivated the cadets to continue participating actively in training programmes and to uphold the ideals of unity, discipline, leadership, and selfless service.

The performance audit concluded successfully, providing constructive feedback to enhance the effectiveness and quality of NCC activities in the institution.
