JYOTIRMAYA – THE SYMPHONY OF LIGHTS: A DIWALI CELEBRATION

St. Joseph’s Convent School celebrated the festival of lights with great enthusiasm and festive fervour on 6th November 2026. The celebration, titled “Jyotirmaya – The Symphony of Lights,” was presented by the students and teachers of Grade VI, bringing alive the spirit of Diwali through a beautiful blend of culture, creativity, music and meaningful messages.

Adding significance to the occasion, Sr Helima, Superior of the Convent and KG Headmistress, shared a heartfelt Diwali message, encouraging everyone to celebrate the festival with gratitude, harmony and responsibility. The programme concluded with a spectacular grand finale, A Thousand Lights, One Celebration, bringing the entire gathering together in the spirit of unity and joy.

The celebration was a beautiful reminder that Diwali is not merely about illuminating homes but also about spreading happiness, nurturing goodness and lighting up lives through our actions. The programme left everyone with a message to carry beyond the festivities: May every diya kindle hope, every heart radiate kindness, and every light unite us in harmony.
