Eye Care Tips for students by Ophthalmologist

Eyes are a vital organ of the human body. In this world of technology, young learners need to know about the protection of their eyes from harmful rays. Keeping this in mind, Dr. Parul Gupta (Ophthalmologist) was invited during the morning assembly, to educate the students on the topic, 'Screen Exposure in children'. She gave tips to protect the eyes, suggested various exercises for the same.
