Effective and Impressive communication

In the present day scenario, being able to communicate effectively is perhaps the most important of all life skills. Keeping this in mind, the Director of All India Radio, Bathinda, Mr. Rajeev Arora, was invited to give tips to the students to improve their communication skills. He emphasised voice modulation during communication to master this art.
