Description:
The conference on "10 Dispositions for Teachers after Summer Vacations" was held at St. Josephs on 3 July,2023 with the aim to provide educators with valuable insights and strategies to enhance their teaching practice as they return to the classroom after the summer break. Sr. Grace Maria, the manager of the school emphasized the importance of cultivating a positive mindset for teachers during the transition from summer vacations to the academic year. Teachers learned about fostering positive mindsets, nurturing resilience, cultivating empathy and cultural competence, building positive classroom cultures and enhancing collaboration and communication skills. Armed with these dispositions and renewed enthusiasm teachers are ready to make a positive impact on their students' lives. Sister Isabella Agnes new office incharge and sister J.
