Description: An informative and eye-opening orientation programme was conducted on the topic “Cybercrime” by Mrs Pravir Kaur, Deputy Commandant.The Josephites were apprised about various forms of crimes being witnessed online. The students scrupulously listened to the resource person as she threw light on malpractices like identity theft, phishing, cyber bullying, banking fraud etc. Students were sensitised about digital footprint. URL for reporting cybercrime and helpline number was shared among students and faculty members. Mrs Kaur guided the children about taking prudent decisions while using social media. The session concluded with an interactive query round.
