"Mental health affects us all, either directly or indirectly. Let's break the silence and stigma surrounding it. One in four people struggle with mental health issues, but with support and understanding, we can make a difference. Prioritize self-care, practice empathy, and encourage open conversations. On 24 July 2024, students of Class 8 and 9 participated in poster making competition on the topic “ Mental Health Awareness”. Brimming with ideas, they started the contest with zeal and enthusiasm, pouring colourfully, their views and thoughts on canvas. Through their depiction they expressed that together we can create a supportive community where everyone can thrive. Remember, mental health matters just as much as physical health.
