MORNING ASSEMBLY (GURU NANAK JAYANTI)

'Your positive actions today can create a ripple effect of happiness.' With a positive mindset, on 7 November 2024, students of class V-A organised morning assembly on the theme ‘Guru Nanak Jayanti’ in Raymond's Hall. Students came dressed in sikh traditional attire.The assembly commenced with an enactment showcasing a customary religious procession 'Prabhat Pheri'. This was followed by a prayer, prayer song,thought from Guru Nanak's verses and news. Some students came forward sharing information relating to life and teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Students also presented a melodious hymn 'Satguru Nanak pragteya miti dhund jag chanan hoya'. The assembly concluded with our Primary Headmistress, Sister Elsie appreciating the performance of young Josephites and encouraging them to follow upon what Guruji taught and lived for.
