Description: The staff meetings are essential for creating a cooperative environment because they facilitate transparent communication, group decision making and implementation of strategies that benefit the teachers and the students, in the long run. This session meeting was held on 27th March at the new Meeting room in the basement, a practical and aesthetically pleasing area, that boosts efficiency. The session started with a comprehensive review of the various teaching methods by our School Manager, Sr. Grace Maria, who emphasized the students as the primary focus of the learning process. This was followed by, a session with the principal, Sr. Oplilia, who not only acknowledged the hard work and dedication of the teachers and all the members of the institution but also inspired them to set the year on the right tone.
